Products and Pricing
We aim to provide accurate product images, descriptions, sizes and prices. However, colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Prices and product availability may change without notice.
Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed subject to product availability and verification. We accept Cash on Delivery and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Alif Studio may cancel orders containing incorrect information, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, public holidays, weather or courier delays. Customers must provide a correct address and active phone number.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Sale items, altered products and opened hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable. Return delivery charges may apply for size or preference-based exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Report a damaged, defective or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery by sharing your order number and clear photos or video.
Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before dispatch. Approved refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product and may take 7–10 working days.
Intellectual Property
The Alif Studio logo, product images, written content and website design may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
